We, at Ultra Reflex GmbH, manufacture numerous lenses that have been developed in a standardised project cycle involving calculation, simulation, prototyping, toolmaking and injection moulding or injection compression moulding. The lenses are often used in conjunction with LEDs and are an important element in ensuring the luminous intensity and light distribution required by law. The collimator lenses we produce are special lenses that collimate the divergent LED light and thus create a precise, parallel beam path.
